I am an artist and art practitioner based in Swansea, South Wales with particular interest in the connection between art, health and wellbeing.  I have an MA in Art (Art, Health and Wellbeing) which has given me the opportunity to work with others in the Art of Dreaming creative workshops with the aim to enhance the well-being of those taking part. I have run workshops for carers and the cared for as well as in the community. The workshops can be tailored to suit the needs of different groups.

Within my own art practice, I explore nature, ancient cultures, myth, legend, folk tales and dreams. I am particularly interested in art rooted in the intuition and imagination from which I create unique art works with a variety of mediums including oils, acrylic paint and light. From these original art works I can now offer my own collection of Giclee art prints and unique gifts for sale.

The light art is created through combining a variety of physical materials with different light sources. Some of the images have been digitally enhanced but no AI or computer-generated imagery has been used in their creation. They are rooted deeply in human creativity and are works that explore one of the most important aspects of human life, connection.
