Art Workshops, Swansea

I run regular creative workshops for wellbeing across Swansea and at other local locations in South Wales.

Creativity can be beneficial for improving mental health, boosting emotional resilience, strengthening social connection, enhancing brain function, and supporting overall wellbeing. In a group setting art workshops can provide an opportunity for people to share and connect and allow participants to try new things, experiment and learn.

In the workplace creative workshops can foster feelings of productivity, self-expression and enable individuals to contribute to the organisation in a meaningful and positive way. Creative expression in workshops can build positive and social connections with others and foster wellbeing through encouraging states of flow and relaxation.

The art workshops can be one-off workshops or a series of workshops.  I can tailor the workshops to suit your requirements.   My art workshops are suitable for personal, groups, charities, organisations or businesses.  All essential materials are provided and no previous art experience is required.  Minimum number of attendees is 1.
